Who We Are
William Smith is the owner of Noble Design Build. His interest in construction started in high school as he helped construct his family home. It was further influenced by a high school internship where he estimated concrete for a commercial construction company.

He received both a bachelor's and master's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. His master's thesis focused on the use of BIM software and 3D modeling in custom home building and was published in the International Journal of Construction Education and Research.

He has 7 years of experience in both custom home design and construction and has gained a passion for both. He loves working with people to create their dreams both conceptually and physically. His combined experience in design and construction gives him a unique view into the design-build process as he designs homes with the construction process in mind.
What We Do
Nobe Design Build specializes in designing and building classically inspired homes blended with modern amenities. We provide and facilitate all aspects of the home building process starting with conceptual design and ending with you living in and loving your new home. Through our use of 3D modeling software, you are able to get a feel for how your home presents and flows in a way that traditional floor plans cannot accomplish.
We utilize the highest quality trades and are committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship. We also facilitate an open book process both financially and organizationally. We use a cost-plus contract where you will always know what your costs are, and a project management software designed to facilitate all communication crucial to our success together.
